Overview
Configure inbound mappings, scheduled syncs, and outbound feedback through the integration workspace.
Before you begin
Use authorized integration-administration access. External capabilities and credentials must be configured for the instance; guest demonstrations disable them.
Main task
- Open Integrations and review connection/credential configuration using the authorized controls.
- Select the supported module and source/staging tables, then review field mappings and subsidiary/department source mappings.
- Review run options, validation behavior, and eligible subsidiaries before starting an inbound sync.
- Inspect the run workspace, child counts, errors, and source feedback; retry failed records using the available controls.
- Review outbound feedback and schedule settings separately. Use Stop for a supported active run and wait for its terminal status.
Check the result
Runs retain module, progress, and child-result evidence. Schedules, staging sources, and outbound feedback are distinct parts of the integration configuration.
If something goes wrong
Investigate credential permissions, missing table fields, mapping errors, financial validation, and stale-run indicators. A stop request is not immediate completion. Do not start duplicates merely because progress is temporarily unchanged.
