Follow rejection and communication notices back to their source records.
Before you begin
Notifications are scoped to your account and accessible records. The workspace notification center provides current unread activity.
Main task
- Open the notification dropdown or full notification page.
- Select a notification to review its source transaction, rejection reason, or communication.
- Use the supported read/clear controls after review.
- For rework, correct the source document and follow its available resubmission action.
- Open rejection history on a supported document for earlier rejection decisions.
Check the result
Communication notices are excluded from rejection history. Reading a notification does not approve or resubmit the source document.
If something goes wrong
Changed permissions can prevent opening a source record. Check account and subsidiary context. Clearing a notice does not delete the source transaction or its audit record.
