Overview
Try the ERP in a temporary workspace with fictional example data.
Before you begin
Guest creation must be enabled by the host. The Create guest account link opens a separate guest portal when available.
Main task
- Select Create guest account from sign-in, or Create Guest from the profile menu.
- Read the five-hour lifetime and deletion notice, then request a workspace.
- Keep the portal open while capacity and provisioning checks complete. Resume an active request instead of creating another.
- When ready, choose Open workspace and use the example records to explore invoice and bill workflows.
- Keep track of the portal countdown. The five hours begin when the workspace is ready.
Check the result
You receive an isolated demonstration workspace. Real external integrations, real email delivery, and host administration capabilities are restricted. Expired guest resources and data are deleted.
If something goes wrong
Capacity shortages can delay creation; a connection error can be retried using the portal. Browser/IP cooldown limits apply. Expiry ends access and is not resolved by signing in again.
