Adjust your profile and appearance and understand session visibility.
Before you begin
Open the profile menu. Appearance can follow your system or use an explicit light or dark theme.
Main task
- Choose Profile to review or edit the fields available to your account.
- Use the theme selector to choose Light, Dark, or System.
- Open Customization for supported color and typography preferences; review whether the change applies to all workspaces or a selected subsidiary.
- Use workflow shortcut settings where available to personalize workflow entry points.
- Administrators and accounting managers can use My Organization to inspect permitted active users and sessions.
Check the result
Saved appearance and shortcut preferences affect your account. System theme follows the device setting. A remote logout or inactivity timeout requires a new sign-in.
If something goes wrong
If an organization view is absent, your role may not permit it. Ask an administrator about repeated logout issues rather than sharing credentials.
